| Bio: | | Me | Books and TV | Most things about me you can find out from my journal, I rarely lock my entries. So here come the basics: I’m Andrea, but most people call me Buba. I’m 18, graduating from high school this year and if all goes well, I’ll study English from September. I have no idea what I’ll become after university.
I make fanart and I write fanfictions. | Regarding tv shows, right now I only watch House, M.D. and ER, sometimes Grey’s Anatomy. I used to watch Desperate Housewives for a season but I got bored with it. I am a big fan of Friends.
I don’t have a favourite movie but there are loads that are close to my heart. Love Actually is definitely one of them, along with Fracture, Pulp Fiction and Black Cat, White Cat.
I’m one of those girls who find that the Harry Potter series are way more than just bestsellers. I adore the books (especially the sixth and seventh), but I dislike the film adaptations with all my heart. Rupert Grint is cute though.
I also love Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice and the mini-series with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle, Sense and Sensibility and Emma. Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky, Anna Karenina by Tolstoy and a lot of other books I can’t think of right now along with many Hungarian books I can’t/don’t want to translate. | | Actors, Artists | Ships | My favourite actors and actresses are: Hugh Laurie, Lisa Edelstein, Meryl Streep, Alan Rickman, Colin Firth, Kate Winslet and Uma Thurman. Kate Walsh also has an effect on me.
Favourite artists: Bon Jovi, The Corrs, Nelly Furtado, Alanis Morissette, Dido, U2, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Lopez (won me over with her new album „Brave”), Coldplay, A Fine Frenzy and many more. | My OTP is House/Cuddy and nothing can beat that. I also ship Chase/Cameron and Wilson/Amber and maybe a bit House/Wilson from House M.D., Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermione from the HP series. |
