Oh wow. I've been away for one and a half day and I had to go back about 4 pages on my friends list. That's 120 entries. Conclusion: I watch too many communities. I should cut back on them. And I also should read your entries, my dear friends.

Anyway, I don't think I mentioned where I went, just that I'd be out of town. Well, there's a kanoe camp which was organized by my ex-form teacher. Half of my year is there. I didn't go because I can't swim and kanoeing is really not my thing, but the people are great, so me and my friend Anna went to visit them for a day. It was great, there was alcohol, of course, a little partying but this time we were more into talking.

And now I'm back to the mess. Our painters are very nice, they work kard and well and they clean up after themselves. The only problem is that they come at 7:15 every morning.

I just killed a spider on my own. It was huge, I'm so proud. And it was above my bed on the wall.

Okay, that really was a pointless entry. 

Ughh... Things are crazy over here. We're having the kitchen and the bathroom repainted starting tomorrow, so we had to empty said places, but I've had a terrible headache all day, I still do. I was barely able to do anything. I tried to read, but that made my head hurt even more. Then I tried to watch something, but that seemed to have made it worse too. All I want to do is take an Aspirin, but a) we don't have any, because mom's allergic to it and she forgot to buy more for me when I used the last pills, and b) we used to keep the medications in the kitchen, and I have no idea where they are at the moment in this mess. So basically, I can't take anything.

Also, I don't think I'll be around much tomorrow because of the painting thing, and I'll be out of town from Thursday morning to Friday afternoon. So you won't hear from me in the next couple of days.

God, this headache is killing me. Why do I have it anyway?

I just made a post to house_md_awards, and lj screwed it up again, completely messed up the usernames, deleted pictures (that were visible when I wrote it). And it's not like I spent, like half an hour to put the post together. So, sorry girls, but I don't have the energy to start it all over again, my entry comes tomorrow...

Also, picking icons made me want to redo all my icons. I found beauties!

This is the last one before last exam-related post, I promise. But I'm so mad that I could explode any minute and I need to talk about it. In points, because I got angry because of several different reasons.

• Notice that 77% at history? The written part of the exam was 83%. I thought that the oral part went well too, because I got a great topic and talked about it a lot, my teacher kept smiling and nodding at me and I thought everything was okay, and I could keep that 83% (or maybe lose one or two percents). But my dear teacher - who is apparently a bitch - gave me 41 points of 60. I KNOW I WAS BETTER THAN THAT. My result got 6 percents lower! Of course that means I don't get a five, but a four. (That's like getting a B instead of an A.) I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND s is all of us. From left to right: Judit, AWHAT WAS MISSING, WHAT I DIDN'T TELL OR WHAT I TOLD WRONG.
  
• And that's not the weirdest part. I had to realize that it probably wasn't because of what I said, that I only got 41 points. Guess what. THERE'S AT LEAST 3 OF US WHO LOST 6%. Coincidence, maybe? Yeah, right. Okay, we didn't have the best relationship with this teacher but we didn't hate her. When she acted so nicely during the exam I thought that maybe she's not that bad, and she's pretty nice, actually. NICE, MY ASS. She can go to hell. (It's a little ironic that I got 40 points out of 50 on my literature oral exam, when that went way worse than history, there were things I had no idea about.)
• Then I got very pissed at people who were pitying me. They were all, "you're not too crushed, are you?", and I was like, I'm not sad or miserable, I'M ANGRY. And they kept telling me that it didn't matter. It does matter! And not because it can lower my chances of getting into uni (it only lowers it with one point), but the fact that I can't belive that this teacher, who I thought was going to be fair about this, completely ruined my trust for her, and my self-confidence, because I was convinced I did quite well.
• Then, I had to call my complicated grandmother (the other one is an angel). She asked me if I was scolded - by mom, I guess - because of getting a four. You know, she has these weird thoughts about my mom, I think she pictures her someone bossy and strict and she's so not like that! She's very supportive and she'd never scold me for something like that.
  
• Mom, an angel, right? Except when she's not. We got home, I told her I wanted to watch The Office. She said: Okay. *pause* But I'll check my mail first, okay? After checking her mail, she checked a couple of other things. Then, she played 2 rounds of black widow. That took about 3 quarters of an hour, before I got to the computer. Later, when I was about to post this entry at first, she appeared and said she was expecting a message, may she check? Yeah, sure. Oh, and she needed to print out something. Yeah, sure. All done. Now she plays three rounds of black widow. JESUS, MOTHER. Okay, I resign and go to my room for the time being. Then she starts whining that she's got no one to talk to. URGHH.

EDIT: Okay, I don't know what you see, but I see one picture when I ulpoaded 5, and they were all behind a cut. Grr, gotta repost them tomorrow.

Jeez, I fifnished season 2 of The Office and season 3 is still downloading and it kills me. Cliff-hangers are MEAN. Basically we can say I got addicted to it, and it actually makes me happy. Because I LOVE THESE PEOPLE, no matter how crazy they are. At the moment my favourite character is Jim (I think), but I also really, really love Pam and Angela and Dwight. Oh, and Toby. Question: (I keep loling over it when Dwight says it) doesn't Jan remind you of Stacy? If her hair was black, I think she's look a lot like her and they way she talks is similar to Stacy. (Okay this question should have been about Melora and Selah).

One of my favourite icons, a real masterpiece in my opinion. What I most love in Lissie's work is that she can bring out the colours beautifully. I find this icon very special because of the text: firstly, the dark brownish-reddish background, and secodnly, these fonts make the whole thing look fancy. It's also funny.  And she chose great cap to work with, I love how House turns his back on us. (lissie_pissie)


I must say I didn't have too much job with this picture because it was already very photoshopped, I just had to add some colour to it. I'm not quite content with it, but when I saw this photoshoot I immediately needed an icon from it, so I made this in a rush. But Katie is very cute here, so I use it.


Oh, this is real Gemma-style. I don't know how she managed to colour it so beautifully (I tried really hard to make an icon from this cap too, it was total failure), but as usual, she did a great job. I use it because of the funny text and because I needed something pinkish. (iwant_sprinkles)


I'm proud of this one because, for the first time, it looks exactly like I imagined it. I was going through some Babies&Bathwater caps when the idea came to me. I love Cuddy in that episode and this look was aimed at Vogler and I thought she looked like she was ready to explode. And, being in the middle of the exam period, I could relate to that feeling, so here you go. (I will post this among other B&B icons later).


As you can see, I love alcohol themed icons. Now, I love this one for so many reasons. Sweet intoxication sounds good. Erika worked beautifully with the text, making sweet in lighter shades and intoxication with dark red, it has great effect. She has an eye for placing things, I love that the "s" is in her face and that intoxication touches the edge of the icon. Also, it's a really nice texture, it's good that it's not just one colour, and let's not forget that Addison is coloured very nicely. (doctors_girl)

This was love at first sight. This picture of them has always been one of my favourites, they seem to really enjoy themselves, as in not having fake smiles. (Hugh is incredibly cute, isn't he?) At the time I took this icon I didn't have any cheerful ones, so that's the main reason I use it. But I adore the colourig too, I had never had anything dark greenish like that before. I never felt the Jennifer cuteness before I found this. I've always loved her, but not in a way that I love Lisa. I never got enthusiastic about new pictures of her. But this icon, it makes me smile. I love the bluish side to it too.(mathhhh)


The first time I was content with my cropping. I made this with Photoshop 6.0 because that was when my CS2 wasn't working, and I remember how much I messed around before I got to this result. I was afraid at first that her hair became too yellow, but I got used to it by now.
